XYZ stage
Precision alignment of Covesion PV ovens with flexure mount adapters PVP1R and PVP2R. 3-axis flexure stage and platform bracket (available from Thorlabs, Newport, CVI Melles Griot, etc.). RP12.5 to increase the optical height of flexure optics mounts to 25mm.
Pitch, roll and height
Precision alignment of Covesion PV ovens with flexure mount adapters PVP1R and PVP2R. “Adjustable Height, Pitch and Roll Platform”, Thorlabs AMA027. Optional use of RP12.5 to increase the optical height to 100mm.
Key Features
Covesion’s flexure mount adapters are designed to be compatible with a range of flexure stages, which are widely available at optomechanics suppliers.
Originally designed for fiber alignment, these precision stages are ideal for PPLN grating alignment.
Have a question?- PVP1R or PVP2R adapter plate screws securely onto the PV oven for an optical height of 25mm
- RP12.5 is a 12.5mm high riser plate for flexure stage mounts, increasing the optical height to 25mm
