High-Rate Photon Pair Generation
Covesion’s waveguide-based spontaneous parametric down-conversion (SPDC) sources generate high-rate photon pairs for quantum communications, computing and sensing. Devices support Type 0 and Type II configurations at both degenerate and non-degenerate wavelengths, with designs optimized for brightness, indistinguishability and purity. Each source is supplied in a compact, fiber-coupled package for straightforward integration into deployable quantum systems.
Entanglement Generation
Covesion provides compact, near-degenerate polarization entanglement sources engineered for high spectral purity in quantum networking, distribution and swapping applications. Based on PPKTP waveguide technology and supplied in fiber-coupled packages, they integrate easily into deployable systems. Optimized for C-band operation, a 775 nm pump generates paired photons near 1540 nm and 1560 nm, supporting both CW and pulsed configurations.
Squeezed Light Generation
Covesion offers squeezed light sources designed for quantum-enhanced sensing, continuous-variable quantum computing and quantum networking. Built on highly efficient, low-loss fiber-coupled waveguides, these compact devices integrate easily into laboratory and deployable systems. Our C-band squeezed light source includes measurement of the optical squeezing, providing a reliable, plug-and-play solution for advanced quantum applications.
