We are excited to announce the expansion of our operations with a new site at Gamma House, University of Southampton Science Park, Southampton. This move marks a significant milestone in our continued growth, providing dedicated space for our sales and R&D teams and strengthening our position at the heart of the UK’s photonics ecosystem.

Being based at Southampton Science Park allows Covesion to be closer to leading-edge research, fostering collaboration with academic and industry partners. The new site is designed to support our innovative R&D projects, helping us accelerate the development of advanced wavelength conversion solutions and deliver even greater value to our customers worldwide.

Meanwhile, our existing facility at Adanac North, Adanac Drive, Nursling, Southampton will continue as a dedicated manufacturing hub, ensuring the production of our high-performance solutions meets the growing global demand with precision and reliability.

This expansion reflects Covesion’s ongoing investment in innovation, customer support, and operational excellence. By separating R&D and sales from manufacturing, we can better focus on developing cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards in production.

Stuart Lawson, VP of Sales at Hawthorn Photonics, said: "Covesion’s expansion into the Science Park is a strong signal of our commitment to innovation and collaboration. The new site will not only strengthen R&D capabilities but also create exciting opportunities for partnership across the photonics industry."

At Covesion, we look forward to welcoming partners, collaborators, and customers to our new site, and continuing to deliver world-class wavelength conversion solutions that power the next generation of photonics applications.
