My role involves integrating and growing global sales operations across the Hawthorn Photonics Group. I work closely with our scientific, engineering, and marketing teams at Covesion, Radiantis, and AdvR to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. We deliver advanced photonics solutions to Government, OEM, and academic customers. My priority is to ensure we act not just as a supplier, but as a trusted partner, providing tailored solutions that meet complex technical requirements and drive shared success.

With more than 25 years’ international experience in B2B sales across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, I specialise in building and leading high-performing sales teams and integrating sales processes across multiple subsidiaries. With extensive experience in global sales strategy and business growth, I work to develop key accounts and long-term customer partnerships to drive sustainable revenue. My background as an Optoelectronic and Laser Engineer allows me to translate complex technical solutions into business value, delivering results on time and within budget.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside work I enjoy anything with an engine, whether tinkering with vehicles, spending time in my RV in the muddy countryside, or riding motorbikes with my wife. Our little cocker spaniel often joins us, and we frequently take part in charity events along the way..
